What is Sinucon?

Sinucon Tablet is used for Cold, Hay fever, Influenza, Sore throat, Allergy, Flu and other conditions.
  • Sinucon Tablet contains Caffeine, Chlorphenamine, Ephedrine, and Paracetamol as active ingredients.
  • Sinucon Tablet works by antagonizing the adenosine receptors; blocking H1-receptor sites on tissues; increasing cardiac output and inducing peripheral vasoconstriction; increasing the pain threshold and increases the blood flow across the skin, heat loss and sweating.

Sinucon Tablet Working, Mechanism of Action and Pharmacology

Sinucon Tablet improves the patient's condition by performing the following functions:
  • Antagonizing the adenosine receptors.
  • Blocking H1-receptor sites on tissues.
  • Increasing cardiac output and inducing peripheral vasoconstriction.
  • Increasing the pain threshold and increases the blood flow across the skin, heat loss and sweating.

  • Caffeine - 20Mg
  • Chlorphenamine
  • Ephedrine
  • Paracetamol
