Flusin Expectorant Syrup Solution is used for the treatment, control, prevention, & improvement of the following diseases, conditions and symptoms:

  • Cough
  • Chest congestion

  • Allergic rhinitis
  • Croup

Flusin Expectorant Syrup Solution Working, Mechanism of Action and Pharmacology


Flusin Expectorant Syrup Solution improves the patient's condition by performing the following functions:

  • Reducing the phlegm in the air passages.
  • Stimulating beta2-adrenergic receptors to relax bronchial smooth muscle.
  • Providing antihistaminic effect.

 


Flusin Expectorant Syrup Solution - Composition and Active Ingredients


Flusin Expectorant Syrup Solution is composed of the following active ingredients (salts)

  • Guaifenesin - 100Mg/5Ml
  • Pseudoephedrine Hci - 30Mg/5Ml
  • Triprolidine Hci - 1.25Mg/5Ml

Flusin Expectorant Syrup Solution - Precautions & How to Use


Before using Flusin Expectorant Syrup Solution, inform your doctor about your current list of medications, over the counter products (e.g. vitamins, herbal supplements, etc.), allergies, pre-existing diseases, and current health conditions (e.g. pregnancy, upcoming surgery, etc.). Some health conditions may make you more susceptible to the side-effects of the drug. Take as directed by your doctor or follow the direction printed on the product insert.   • take care while driving a motor vehicle or operating machinery

Flusin Expectorant Syrup Solution - Contraindications


Hypersensitivity to Flusin Expectorant Syrup Solution is a contraindication. In addition, Flusin Expectorant Syrup Solution should not be used if you have the following conditions:

  • Allergic reactions
  • Breastfeeding
  • Breathing difficulty
  • Pregnant
  • Taking more than one cough or cold medicine
  • angle-closure glaucoma
