Bacterial vaginosis (BV)

Bacterial vaginosis is a type of vaginal inflammation caused by the overgrowth of bacteria naturally found in the vagina, which upsets the natural balance. Women in their reproductive years are most likely to get bacterial vaginosis, but it can affect women of any age.

In some cases, there are no symptoms. In other cases, there may be abnormal vaginal discharge, itching or odour.
Treatment can include prescription cream, gel or medication. Recurrence within three to 12 months is common, requiring additional treatment.
Back pain

Most people have experienced back pain sometime in their lives. The causes of back pain are numerous; some are self-inflicted due to a lifetime of bad habits.

Conditions commonly linked to back pain include: Muscle or ligament strain. Repeated heavy lifting or a sudden awkward movement can strain back muscles and spinal ligaments. If you're in poor physical condition, constant strain on your back can cause painful muscle spasms.
