Dehydration
Dehydration occurs when the body loses more fluids than it takes in, resulting in an insufficient amount of water and other fluids to carry out normal bodily functions. Even mild dehydration can cause symptoms and affect your overall health.
Deep vein thrombosis (DVT)
Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT) is a condition in which a blood clot forms in one or more of the deep veins in the body, usually in the legs. This condition can cause leg pain or swelling but can also occur without any symptoms. DVT is a serious condition because blood clots in veins can break loose, travel through the bloodstream, and lodge in the lungs, blocking blood flow (pulmonary embolism).
Dandruff
Dandruff is a condition of the scalp that causes flakes of skin to appear. It is often accompanied by itching. The exact cause is unknown, but various factors increase the risk. It is not related to poor hygiene, but it may be more visible if a person does not wash or brush their hair often.
