Helix Slim contains extracts of fresh Helianthus tuberosus
Helianthus tuberosus is also known as the Jerusalem Artichoke and is part of the sunflower family of plants.
Legend has it that in the 17th Century, Helianthus tuberosus made the journey across the Atlantic from its native America. Said to taste like the ‘common’ artichoke, the ‘sunseeker’ (or Gensirola in Italian), it soon became a staple food throughout Europe.

Helix Slim (Helianthus) tincture
Tinctures of organically grown, fresh Helianthus tuberosus (Jerusalem Artichoke) roots, extracted in alcohol (50%V/V).
Helix Slim (Helianthus) tablets
Extract of organically grown fresh Helianthus tuberosus (Jerusalem Artichoke) roots. Also contains microcrystalline cellulose and hydrated cottonseed oil. Each 250mg tablet contains the equivalent of 600mg Helix Slim (Helianthus) tincture).
Directions for use
Helix Slim (Helianthus) tincture
- Adults: 15 drops in a little water, 3 times daily. For best results, take continuously for 12 weeks.
- Maintenance: 15 drops in a little water, once daily with your main meal.
Helix Slim (Helianthus) tablets
Adults: 1 tablet with a little water, 3 times daily. For best results, take continuously for 12 weeks.
- Maintenance: 1 tablet with your main meal.
