Essential Fatty Acids (EFAs) are necessary fats that humans cannot synthesize, and must be obtained through diet or supplements. There are two families of EFAs: Omega-3 and Omega-6. EFAs support the heart, nervous system and eye health. They help with cellular development and the formation of healthy cell membranes.
Dosage & Direction for use
Adults and children 12 years+: Take 1 softgel twice daily, with meals, when prescribed by a healthcare practitioner, or when dietary fat intake is extremely low.
Children under 12 years: Take 1 softgel daily, when recommended by a healthcare practitioner (can be opened onto porridge or yoghurt, if required).

Warning: This product is not recommended for people who take anticoagulant (blood thinning) medicine (e.g. Warfarin or aspirin) or prescription heart medicine.
Discuss with your doctor before taking this product if you are taking prescription mood altering drugs, have a bleeding disorder (hemophilia, thrombocytopenia), diabetes or any other medical condition.
Also discuss use with your doctor when pregnant or lactating.
