Broncol Cough Linctus Syrup is used for the treatment, control, prevention, & improvement of the following diseases, conditions and symptoms:

  • Cough
  • Cough relief
  • Skin itching and flaking
  • Patients with metabolic alkalosis
  • Patients with hypochloremic states
  • Diaper rashes
  • Skin burns
  • Abdominal distention
  • Postoperative or postpartum retention of flatus
  • Postoperative delay in resumption of intestinal motility
  • Pseudobulbar affect

Broncol Cough Linctus Syrup improves the patient's condition by performing the following functions:

  • Increasing the excretion of extracellular electrolytes and water out of the body.
  • Decreasing the acetylcholine synthesis.
  • Providing relief from cough.

Broncol Cough Linctus Syrup is composed of the following active ingredients (salts)

  • Ammonium Chloride - 180Mg/10 Ml
  • Dexpanthenol - 100Mg/10 Ml
  • Dextromethorphan Hbr - 30Mg/10 Ml

Hypersensitivity to Broncol Cough Linctus Syrup is a contraindication. In addition, Broncol Cough Linctus Syrup should not be used if you have the following conditions:

  • Hypersensitivity
  • Metabolic alkalosis with loss of sodium bicarbonate
  • Severe liver impairment
  • Severe renal impairment
