Garcinia cambogia is a small tree with reddish-yellow, pumpkin-shaped fruit, native to India and Southeast Asia. In India, Garcinia cambogia (commonly known as Malabar tamarind) was considered to make food more filling and satisfying, and the sour fruit is added to Thai and Indian dishes. INGREDIENTS
Maltodextrin, Sorbitol, Inulin, Flavouring, Garcinia cambogia 60%, Cellulose (Stabilisers E460 & E466), Citric Acid, Silicon Dioxide, Sucralose (non-nutritive sweetener) E955.
DIRECTIONS AND INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Each 10 g scoop contains 250 mg of Garcinia cambogia. Add 1 scoop to 125 ml water, low fat or skim milk or your favourite fruit juice. Mix well. Use as required.
Can be used on its own or be used in conjunction with any one of the other 4 single herb powders, Green Tea, Hoodia, CLA or Yerba Mate for extra effect.
